- Determine and update pricing based upon competitive analysis.
- Research and develop a list of local market conditions that affect the value and price.
- Determine target market and develop community image to carry through all marketing efforts.
- Develop a community brochure, direct mail campaigns and other marketing materials.
- Develop advertising campaign to include newspapers, on-site signage program and off-site directionals and billboards.
- Maintain a system for placement of public relations articles in targeted publications.
- Maintain project website and internet links to ensure visibility when web searches are done.
- Prepare and maintain a regular follow-up process for the agents through Thank You cards and letters to ensure that all prospects are contacted on a regular basis.
