The town of Carteret, NJ hired Kalian Companies to build an apartment building as part of its redevelopment efforts.

Kalian Companies is responsible for managing the buildout of the project, including designing, budgeting, and building a five story building with 67 apartment rentals and 12,000 square feet of retail space. The building opened for occupancy in Spring of 2019.
